Nadia Badawi’s research focused on generative artificial intelligence and medical image computing for cerebrovascular analysis. She investigated adversarial learning methods for translating Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) images into Two-Photon Microscopy (TPM)-like vascular images and explored 3D diffusion models for generating realistic synthetic TPM volumes.
